Running the Warren

The results are in from the 8th outing in the NI 2022 Urban League to West Lisburn. Known as Old Warren and with a new map extention, there was a wide range of route choices between many controls, but which was the shortest? Judge for yourself and plot your route on Routegadget. Barbara Folly Fisher beat Helen Baxter and has sneaked ahead to take the lead on the Medium Course. Philip Baxter has cemented his position at the top of the Men’s Medium but could still be overtaken by Raymond Finlay.

Moire O’Sullivan has moved up the Ladies Open table, but with Heather Cairns out to lunch for Portadown Olivia Baxter will take the title, although Moire or Steph Pruzina could still possibly grab second place from Heather.

George Savell is sneaking up the men’s table so there could be a good battle between David Blair, Stephen Gilmore and George for third spot on the podium.

The final event is just a week before Christmas on 18 December in Portadown, with the promise of some post-event seasonal refreshments to tempt you along!
