A Great Day Away at Gortalughany

It was a beautiful day at Gortalughany, Co Fermanagh on 20 May, with clear visibility, little wind and warm temperatures, but the going was certainly tough over challenging courses set by planner Philip McGoldrick. Thanks also to controller Damian Gribbin, organiser Raymond Finlay and all at Fermanagh Orienteers for a great day out.

The results are at Results>2023 Results, complete with Routegadget, Splitsbrowser, Winsplits, BOF ranking points and also thanks to Alan Gartside the updated NI Colour Series League table. With 3 of the 7 events in the series now complete, contenders are now starting to emerge, but with the best 4 events to count, there is still plently of opportunity to score points.

The next outing in the 2023 Colour Series League is at Meelmore, Co Down on 24 June as part of LVO’s annual Tollymore Festival of Orienteering. Do keep an eye on the Fixture List.
