Tired of just running? Why not give Orienteering a go?
Whether you are a committed runner, an occasional jogger or just in need of a bit of exercise, we invite you to come and see how orienteering reaches the parts that can’t be reached by just running.
Check out the fixtures page then turn up and have a go. Every ‘event’ has a number of courses designed so that all standards of fitness and skill can take part.
You can use your time out on the course to race, if that is what fires you, to practise new skills or just to get some exercise. You’ll find some basic facts here, but nothing beats coming and giving yourself a challenge.
You do not need to be a member to take part and there is always someone to show you how to get started.
