Hare Today, Gone Yesterday

After a wet and dismal week, it was a day of perfect spring sunshine with Hare’s Gap and Meelmore in glorious view, for Northern Ireland Series League 2 at Meelmore and Luke’s Mountain. Even in almost perfect conditions, clean runs were a rarity with many being caught out on the technical terrain with great courses planned by Mark Stephens. Thanks also to controller Helen Baxter, organiser Harry Bell and LVO helpers.

Results complete with Splitsbrowser and Winsplit analysis are available on the Results<2019 Results page.

The next Colour Series event is not until 22 June, but in the meantime we have the Irish Orienteering Championship weekend hosted by FermO this year and the NI Sprint and Middle Distance Championships hosted by NWOC, with plenty of club fixtures too. All the dates and venues are on the new fixtures page.
