Stay safe and prepared in the outdoors! We’re offering REC First Aid Training tailored for orienteers and outdoor adventurers.
✅ Courses Available:
REC1, 1-Day, with CPR and treating casualties with common injuries
REC2, 2-Days, in addition to REC1 this course includes treating more serious injuries and caring for a casualty in a remote environment.
🙋♀️We welcome interest from those renewing their certification and new participants from all clubs.
👍Challenging but great fun – We have fantastic trainers and it is a skill which could be a life saver, not just in the club but in your everyday life!
