Seniors running alongside Juniors

This weekend 27-28 September sees the annual Senior Home International take place, hosted by North West Orienteering Association (NWOA). Teams of 18 from each of England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales are heading to the Lake District for an Individual competition on the Saturday, and Relay on the Sunday. This year the weekend also hosts the Junior Inter Regional Championships, so it will be all go, and more event info is here.

With my thanks to fellow selectors Dave Masterson & Philip Baxter, and to Team Manager Colm Moran, I am delighted to present Team Ireland for the SHI, and wish everyone the best for strong orienteering and a fun weekend:
