Paul Pružina set to run in World Champs

Congratulations and best wishes from all in NI Orienteering to Paul Pružina, who is set to run for Ireland in the World Orienteering Championships in Dorsky in northern Czechia. Paul is expected to compete in the Sprint with both qualifiers and finals on Saturday 3 July, the Middle distance again with both qualifiers and finals on Tuesday 6 July and the Relay on Friday 8 July. The terrain for the Sprint is a former military fortress, the Middle distance at a ski resort with surrounding forest and the Relay on forested slopes of a valley.
