Antrim Forum

Event 11 will be in at the Antrim Forum on Wednesday 24th August. This is a new map, and will be the first event that LVO organise on it.

Start times from 7 - 8 pm.

Final Details From the Organiser:

Location: Belmont Park, East Belfast
Travel Directions: If you're familiar with East Belfast, it's the car park beside CIYMS on Circular Road (actually it's only semi-circular!)
For everyone else, leave the Belmont Road roundabout on the A55 Outer Ring in the direction of "Craigantlet, Stormont"
Left at the traffic lights
Next left
Left at the T-junction
Left after 20 metres into the car park (you're now dizzy!)

Map: first time used for FootO (TrailO got there first!). scale 1:3000, contour interval 2.5metres
Courses: Long 3.02K, Short 1.84K (small but beautifully formed!)
Terrain: open parkland with some wood, some of which is dense.
Safety Note: the area is riven by the A55 which is a dual carriageway with a 50mph speed limit (seldom observed). It MUST NOT be crossed at ground level - there are two footbridges which MUST be used.
