What Happened- An Organiser's ReportFrom Colin: Another good turn out and the weather held out, there were even some midges about. Thanks to all who helped and took part. Enjoy your holidays and see you all in August.From Stephen: Thanks to Wilbert for coordinating the South Antrim WEE and for Colin in for standing in gor the last event and of course to our planners for the series Richard McCourt, Jonny Gallier, Norma Rea and Josh Gilmore. Apologies for those who were expecting a prize at the BBQ. The prizes were in my kit bag so I wouldn't forget them, but since I was controlling with Josh I didn't need to bring my kit bag! The prizes will be presented at the final BBQ at Botanic Gardens on Wed 29 August. Promise! At least the gas supply held out and there were enough sausanges and the controls were in the right place (even if a few people who should have known better just forgot to visit them with the excitement of the butterfly loop!) |
