Final Details From the Organiser:

The final WEE event for South Antrim will now be in Woodburn (North) with (South) the previous week, ie these events have been switched around. Parking for both weeks will however be in the same carpark which is just South of Woodburn Presbyterian Church. As usual two courses will be available. Registration will be in the carpark, but there willl be a short walk to the start.

The car park can be approached from Carrickfergus. On entering Carrickfergus from the Belfast direction turn left at the roundabout before the castle. Fork left after 1 mile in the direction of Woodburn. Continue for 2.5miles, crossing over the B90 and up through a steep valley. The carpark will be on the left just before the church.

Course lengths tonight are 4.1km for the long course and 1.3km for the short course. The short course is shorter this week, but it does go off the path and follow earthbanks, rides and ditches. Be sure to bring appropriate footwear and a change of shoes and socks. The long course has a "butterfly". This means that the same control must be visited 3 times in the order given on the control descriptions.

Don't forget there is a simple BBQ (Hot dogs £1) and prizegiving at the last event in each WEE Series.
