What Happened- An Organiser's Report
A fast and furious dash around Tollymore. Hopefully all the runners on the long course are now fully acquainted with the bridges over the Shimna, though I have it on good authority that some dedicated individuals decided instead to straight line some of the many river crossings. Only they know whether this was down to fading light, fading eyesight, fading brain power- or just good old fashioned determination. Hope you all enjoyed yourselves anyway. Special thanks to Dave Ewart for helping with the start and finish, and to Ivan and his Millar clan for helping to collect the controls.
