This Wednesday 10th May's event is in Ormeau Park, with starts from 7-8pm. Registration is in the Ozone car park - look out for the club banner. Bring your own dibber or hire one on the night.

There are 2 courses on offer - the long is 4.1km with fast running criss-crossing the park, and a short course of 1.6km which is very suitable for beginners. Controls don't get taken in till 9pm so plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings! Lots of help available on the night if needed & I do hope to see you there.

Nearly forgot! Those on the long course have the pleasure of a spectator control so be sure and save some energy for running past the registration area!
