Junior Squad Skills Days

The NIO Junior Squad have decided to adopt a new approach to their selection process. Instead of looking at results to select potential squad members, athletes will be expected to attend a series of SKILLS DAYS and complete a simple assessment process. These SKILLS DAYS will be designed to equip the athletes with all the skills they need to be able to perform at a higher level. See document below for details.
